Stuffed giant mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 80 g butter
  • 250 g spinach, chopped
  • 1 tomato(s), diced
  • 100 g cheese (butter cheese), diced
  • 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the mushroom stems and sauté them in butter with the diced onion. Add the chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, and diced cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Place the mushrooms in a buttered dish, fill with the vegetable filling, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and top with a few knobs of butter. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Serve with baguette.
