Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 14 heads of mushrooms, fresh
  • 16 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp basil, fresh, chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic or garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Lightly grease two single-serving baking dishes with olive oil and rub half a garlic clove into each. Trim the mushrooms, pierce the cherry tomatoes a few times with a toothpick, and divide both between the dishes. Peel and finely chop the garlic halves, and arrange them on top. Place the sliced ​​mozzarella on top. Season with basil, salt, and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted. Serve with baguette, ciabatta, or fresh rolls.
