  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • Brunch
  • 4 medium sized Onions
  • 0,33 l Alcohol-Free beer (<0.5% by weight alcohol)
  • 120 g Brunch with garlic
  • Meat broth (cubes)

Instructions
 

The meatballs

  • Mix the minced meat, spices, breadcrumbs, onion, egg and breadcrumbs well, form a meatball, make a small hollow in the meatball, put some cream cheese in the hollow and close the meatball tightly again. Now fry the meatballs well, remove them from the pan and keep warm.

The sauce

  • Cut the onions into strips and fry them in the remaining roasting fat, then deglaze with the beer (in portions) and steam the onions well. Now add the cream cheese to the sauce and stir well, if necessary the sauce can also be diluted with meat broth. As a side dish, pasta or mashed potatoes.
