Spicy Oriental Style Meatballs with Date Cream Cheese Dip

Meatballs
- 500 g Ground beef
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 15 Mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon Harissa
- 2 tablespoon Jalapeño oil
- 1 Onion red
- 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 Garlic cloves
Dip
- 300 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Harissa
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 6 Dates
- 1 teaspoon Jalapeño oil
- Salt
Meatballs
- Chop the mint and coriander with a chopping knife. Chop the garlic and the onion into small pieces. Add these ingredients to the minced meat.
- Mix with the harissa and creme fraiche.
- Shape into meatballs with damp hands and fry.
Dip
- Core the dates, cut them into small pieces and add to the cream cheese with the creme fraiche.
- Add the chopped garlic clove, harissa and jalapeno oil and mix well. Season to taste with salt.
