Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 cup cream cheese, with or without herbs
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Trim and clean the mushrooms with a paper towel. Twist out the stems. Wash and trim the spring onions. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems. Chop the tomatoes, spring onions, and stems and mix with the cream cheese. Peel the garlic and press it in. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps with the filling and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with baguette.
