Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, large
  • 125 g bacon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 100 g cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside. Trim the mushrooms and place them in an oiled baking dish. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and fry them with the bacon in a pan until crispy. Fry the chopped mushroom stems with the mushrooms. Deglaze with a splash of milk and cook until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
