Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bowl of fresh mushrooms, preferably large heads
  • 100 g herb butter
  • Pepper, pink, coarsely ground

Instructions

Clean the mushrooms and the stems (I just brush them, don’t wash them!). Using a small, sharp knife, cut off the stems. Finely dice the stems, place them in a bowl, and toss with the herb butter. Fill the mushroom heads tightly with this mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with pink peppercorns before serving. Tip: You can quickly make your own herb butter using a Cafe de Paris spice mix.
