Apple-potato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 large apple, possibly more
  • 1 large onion(s), possibly more
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and chop the potatoes, apple, and onion, then cook them in the vegetable broth until soft. Then stir in the flour and cream, purée the soup, and season with salt and pepper. You can add more apples and onions to taste. This soup is quick to make, healthy, and delicious!
