Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 large mushrooms
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 lemon(s)
- 50 g smoked ham, diced
- 50 g cheese, grated
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper

with herb ham cream
Clean the mushrooms, twist out the stems, and remove the dark gills with a teaspoon (this creates more space for the filling). For the filling, combine the crème fraîche with the parsley. Stir in the diced ham and season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stuff the mushrooms with the cream and sprinkle with some grated cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
