Oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 175 ml milk
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Whisk the eggs. Add the flour and mix. Stir in the milk, then the oatmeal. Finally, stir in the mineral water and let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Fry the pancakes one at a time in a little butter. The pancakes can be eaten sweet with quark and fruit or jam, or savory with salad, ham, cheese, or tomato and mozzarella.
