Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 40 g butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash or trim the mushrooms, snap off the stems, and finely chop. Heat butter or margarine, sauté the diced onion, and add the finely chopped mushroom stems. Add the parsley and sauté for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Stir 3 tablespoons of grated cheese and the crème fraîche into the mushroom mixture, season with salt and pepper. Grease a dish with butter or margarine, fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, place in the dish, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
