Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, large
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 100g Camembert(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sour cream

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Squeeze the lemon, peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and chop the parsley. Finally, finely slice the Camembert. Drizzle the mushrooms with sunflower oil and lemon juice. Mix all the remaining ingredients and stuff the mushroom caps. Place them in a baking dish. Grill under the oven grill or on a regular grill for about 10-12 minutes.
