Mushrooms baked with herbs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 6 tbsp bread(s), from the previous day, finely crumbled
  • 6 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

as a snack, side dish or on the buffet

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Purée the breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic in a blender and blend. Add the butter while continuing to blend. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the herb butter between the mushroom caps and bake for 5-10 minutes.
