Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 150g mozzarella
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 olives, Spanish
  • 5 tomatoes, dried
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Milk
  • Herbs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with mozzarella filling

Halve the peppers so they stand upright, leaving the stems intact, and remove the seeds and diaphragms. Finely chop the onions, olives, tomatoes, garlic, and chili peppers and mix with the diced mozzarella and egg until smooth. Add milk until the mixture is smooth, then season with herbs and salt. Spoon the filling into the pepper halves and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven or on the grill at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
