Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 Pepper
  • 100 g smoked ham, finely diced
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • olive oil
  • sesame
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

great side dish for grilling

Halve the peppers and remove the seeds. Finely chop the leek and sauté with the ham in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the feta cheese and mix until the cheese has melted. Fill the peppers with the mixture, place on an oiled baking sheet, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 10 minutes. Tip: It’s best to make a little extra—this side dish always sells out first.
