Stuffed peppers, vegetarian

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 pointed peppers, red
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • some milk
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Grill the peppers until the skin turns black. Rinse the peppers with cold water, then peel off the skin. Cut off the tops of the peppers and carefully deseed them, setting them aside. Now whisk the eggs with a little milk. Heat a little butter in a pan and stir in the eggs until set. Let the scrambled eggs cool in a bowl, then mash and mix with the feta cheese. Carefully pour the mixture into the peppers and refrigerate.
