Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 bunch of beans
- 75 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the chicken and bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan. Trim the beans and pre-cook them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Mix the chicken, bacon, and beans with the eggs and season. Wash the peppers, cut off the tops, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the chicken mixture. Hollow out the peppers and fill them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
