- 3 bell peppers, red or yellow
- 1 package of herb cream cheese
- 1 package of sheep’s cheese
- olive oil

- Paprika powder
- 1 clove(s) garlic

Wash the peppers, halve them, and deseed them. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and add the cream cheese. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped garlic, and blend the mixture with a little olive oil until smooth. This works best with a hand blender. Season the mixture again and fill the pepper halves. Bake the peppers in an oiled baking dish in a preheated oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 45-60 minutes; the edges should turn slightly brown.
