Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ kg flour
- 312 ml water, lukewarm
- 15 g yeast
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 10 slices of ham
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 400 g cheese, grated
- 1 jar tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
- some olives (not necessary)
- some salt and pepper
- basil
- Pizza seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with ham, hard-boiled eggs and dried tomatoes
Prepare pizza dough from the ingredients (you can also use ready-made dough). Top with ham, sprinkle with cheese, add sliced sun-dried tomatoes, olives if desired, and then place the hard-boiled eggs in the center, seasoning to taste. Then roll up and brush with a little oil from the tomato jar. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes (depending on your oven). It tastes great cold, too!
