Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ kg flour
  • 312 ml water, lukewarm
  • 15 g yeast
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 10 slices of ham
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 400 g cheese, grated
  • 1 jar tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
  • some olives (not necessary)
  • some salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Pizza seasoning

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Prepare pizza dough from the ingredients (you can also use ready-made dough). Top with ham, sprinkle with cheese, add sliced ​​sun-dried tomatoes, olives if desired, and then place the hard-boiled eggs in the center, seasoning to taste. Then roll up and brush with a little oil from the tomato jar. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes (depending on your oven). It tastes great cold, too!
