Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 4 medium-sized eggs or 3 large eggs
  • 400 ml tomato(s), strained
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g corn
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

culinary delight

First, drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Then add the cottage cheese and eggs and mix well. Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Place the passata in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cut the topping ingredients into pieces. Remove the base from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Spread a thin layer of the sauce over the topping, add the topping, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
