Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 ½ bell peppers, yellow, green
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 20 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 7 dashes of Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finger food, low-calorie, low-carb

Finely dice the bell pepper, carrot, and red onion. Wash and trim the romaine lettuce leaves, then arrange them fan-shaped on plates. Brown the ground beef without fat and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and Tabasco. Spoon the ground beef and vegetable mixture into the romaine lettuce leaves.
