Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 pumpkins (Rondini)
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Halve the rondini, remove the seeds, and place them on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish. Combine the ground beef and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Fill the rondini halves with the mixture. Bake the pumpkin halves in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. The filled rondini contain approximately 450 kcal per serving.
