Stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed, or beef or pork
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 50 g herb cream cheese
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very tasty and quick

Wash the tomatoes, cut off one of the tops, and hollow them out. Brown the minced meat in a little olive oil, add the garlic and seasonings. Stir in the cream cheese at the end. Fill the tomatoes with the minced meat and place one or two slices of mozzarella on top as a “lid.” Place in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
