Stuffed tomatoes with cheese topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 400 g noodles (soup), cooked
  • 100 g smoked turkey breast, sliced
  • 3 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 200 g double cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Wash tomatoes, cut off the tops, and hollow out the tomatoes. Chop the tomato cores. Peel and chop the garlic. Dice the turkey breast. Mix the pasta with the tomato cores, garlic, turkey breast, and half of the chives, and season with salt and pepper. Fill the tomatoes with the pasta mixture. Spread the remaining pasta mixture in a greased baking dish. Add the tomatoes. Mix the remaining chives with the cheese and sprinkle over the tomatoes. Bake for about 15 minutes.
