Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tortellini (ricottatortellini)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp, heaped chives, fresh
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
With cherry tomatoes and garlic
Place the tortilellini in boiling salted water and cook according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onion, slice the garlic, and sauté both in olive oil. Halve the tomatoes, add them, and fry briefly. Drain the tortilellini and divide them between two plates. Pour the sauce over them, sprinkle with chives, and season with salt.
