Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 trout(s)
- 3 spring onions
- 20 g ginger root
- some lemon juice
- Salt
- Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Slice the spring onions into rings. Peel and chop the ginger, or press it through a garlic press. Mix the two together and season with salt and pepper. Season the trout with salt and pepper and stuff with the spring onions. Place the trout in a greased casserole dish and cook in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-30 minutes. Cover the dish with aluminum foil at the end, if desired.
