Stuffed turkey breast with feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 turkey breast, whole, approx. 1 kg
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • basil
  • 1 jar white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the turkey breast open to create a pocket. Dice the bell pepper, onion, and feta cheese and season with pepper, herbs, and sweet paprika. Fill the turkey breast pocket and seal it with roulade pins. Season the outside of the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and roast in a casserole dish at 200°C. After 45 minutes, deglaze with white wine and roast uncovered for another 20 minutes at 175°C. Serve with a potato gratin and a green salad.
