Stuffed zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • ½ jar mushrooms
  • 3 slices of ham
  • e.g. salami, peppers, etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the zucchini lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the mushrooms, ham (and any other ingredients) into small cubes and mix everything with the herb cream cheese. Fill the zucchini halves with the cream cheese mixture and bake the zucchini in the oven at 200°C until the surface is light brown.
