Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 75 g cheese, grated
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • Mustard
  • basil
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

Deseed and dice the tomato, coarsely grate the carrot, and dice the shallot. Mix the sour cream, cheese, tomato, carrot, and shallot. Season with mustard, pepper, salt, and finely chopped basil. Halve and hollow out the zucchini. Fill with the cheese and vegetable mixture and place in a shallow baking dish greased with a little oil. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes.
