Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g ground almonds
  • 90 g semolina
  • 125 g butter for butter flakes
  • 220 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 tsp orange peel, untreated, grated
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • Fat for the mold

very juicy and fluffy

Mix the flour, baking powder, almonds, semolina, butter, and sugar with a mixer for about 20 seconds until the mixture is well blended and crumbly. Whisk the milk, orange juice, orange zest, and eggs together. Add to the crumbly mixture and stir for about 10 seconds until the ingredients are well blended. Pour the batter into a well-greased 20 cm springform pan and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 1 hour.
