Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 4 medium-sized jacket potatoes
  • 100 g bacon
  • 4 eggs (boiled)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • Oil (pumpkin seed oil)
  • Vinegar (walnut vinegar)
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly wash the lamb’s lettuce, spin dry, divide it among four deep plates (pasta plates), and press a garlic clove into each. Boil the potatoes, boil the eggs, and fry the bacon until crispy. Cut everything into bite-sized pieces and divide them among the salads while still warm. Drizzle with pumpkin seed oil and walnut vinegar (3:1) and finally add the pan-roasted pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately!
