Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 8 tbsp oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 onion(s), large
- 300 g roast pork or roast beef, cold
- 300 g meat sausage or extra sausage
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 cucumber(s) (pickles), large
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ bunch chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes
Prepare a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Dice the onion, add cold roast beef or pork, extrawurst (meat sausage), and slice one red, yellow, and green bell pepper each. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and pickles. Deseed the tomatoes and cut them into wedges (alternatively, quarter 8 cocktail tomatoes). Mix everything with the marinade and refrigerate for several hours. Season to taste before serving and garnish with chives.
