  • In the shop, you will find Schlagfix Crème, which can be used like mascarpone. It is plant-based and can be used in many ways.
  • In addition, the mascarpone alternative is lactose-free.
  • The cream is suitable for all kinds of dishes and desserts, such as tiramisu.

You can also prepare vegan mascarpone yourself. For this you need the following ingredients:

  • 70 g already ground cashew nuts
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 100 ml oil, preferably a neutral oil
  • a packet of whipped cream
  • half a teaspoon of vanilla
  • two teaspoons of lime juice
  • 130 g native coconut oil at room temperature
  • a pinch of salt

How to prepare the vegan mascarpone

The vegan mascarpone can be prepared in five minutes. After preparation, however, it has to be in the fridge for three hours.

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix on high for two minutes until smooth.
  3. Place the mascarpone in the fridge for at least three hours.
  4. Before processing, for example for a tiramisu, carefully whip the cream. A cream whisk, for example, is suitable for this.
