Ingredients
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 90 g Cream of horseradish
- 1 Salt pepper
- 2,5 tsp Lemon juice
- 15 slices Smoked salmon
- 10 stems Fresh dill
- 125 g Honey liquid
- 125 g Mustard medium hot
Instructions
- Mix the mascarpone, cream horseradish, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag, place on the salmon slices and roll up.
- Mix the honey and mustard together. Season with the fresh dill.
- Place the salmon rolls on top of the honey-mustard-dill sauce.
