Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 90 g Cream of horseradish
  • 1 Salt pepper
  • 2,5 tsp Lemon juice
  • 15 slices Smoked salmon
  • 10 stems Fresh dill
  • 125 g Honey liquid
  • 125 g Mustard medium hot

Instructions
 

  • Mix the mascarpone, cream horseradish, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Pour the mixture into a piping bag, place on the salmon slices and roll up.
  • Mix the honey and mustard together. Season with the fresh dill.
  • Place the salmon rolls on top of the honey-mustard-dill sauce.
