Salmon and Mascarpone Rolls Maike’s Style

The perfect salmon and mascarpone rolls maike’s style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 90 g Cream of horseradish
  • 1 Salt pepper
  • 2,5 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 15 Discs Smoked salmon
  • 10 Stems Fresh dill
  • 125 g Honey liquid
  • 125 g Mustard medium hot
  1. Mix the mascarpone, cream horseradish, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag, place on the salmon slices and roll up.
  3. Mix the honey and mustard together. Season with the fresh dill.
  4. Place the salmon rolls on top of the honey-mustard-dill sauce.
