Instructions

The pre-dough should rest in the refrigerator for one to three days.

  • If it is fresh yeast, you should dissolve it in warm water, add the butter and then the flour. Knead the dough for 3 minutes and let it rest.
  • The pre-dough should now be stored in the refrigerator. When you think of the jar, remember that it will also open in the refrigerator.

MAIN DOUGH

  • Take the pre-dough out of the refrigerator and have it ready.

  • Form the dough pieces approx. 30 cm long, place on baking paper and baking sheet and let rise to double the size. When it comes to the bread, remember that when you bake it, it will rise again and it should not collide.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° Cel.
  • Before they are baked, please spray them with water and sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian herbs or origanum. The baking time should be 20 minutes on the middle rail at 200 ° Cel.,
  • After baking, place on a rack to cool for 30 minutes. Depending on your taste, you can brush the still hot bread with a good olive oil.
  • The recipe is straight from the USA and comes very close to the bread from Subway, except in one of the Subway shops I have never eaten better bread. Have fun baking and eating.
