Ingredients

Instructions
The pre-dough should rest in the refrigerator for one to three days.
- If it is fresh yeast, you should dissolve it in warm water, add the butter and then the flour. Knead the dough for 3 minutes and let it rest.

MAIN DOUGH
- Take the pre-dough out of the refrigerator and have it ready.
