Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 400 ml kefir
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ bottle of oil, for baking
- some powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Heat the oil and dip the dough into the oil using a wet tablespoon. Fry over low heat. Sprinkle the finished sufganiot with powdered sugar.
