Summer gourmet salad with garlic sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 point feta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the spring onions and remove the ends and the first leaf. Slice into thin rings. Dice the tomatoes. Arrange on three plates. Peel the cucumber, dice it, and place it on top of the tomatoes. Grate the feta cheese over the cucumbers. Sprinkle the white parts of the spring onions on top. Combine the sour cream and sour cream in a bowl and stir until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Pour over the salad. Garnish with the green parts of the spring onions.
