Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large slice(s) of grain bread, brown bread, etc.
  • some herb butter
  • 1 large slice(s) of cooked ham
  • n. B. Asian sauce, sweet and sour
  • 1 nectarine(s), alternatively 2 half canned peaches
  • some black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 eggs
  • some fat for frying
  • possibly chili flakes
  • possibly herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the fat in a pan and fry the two eggs until fried. Meanwhile, place the slice of bread on a plate and spread the herb butter on top, then place the cooked ham on top and drizzle with the Asian sauce, if desired. Halve the nectarine, discard the pit, and slice each fruit. Arrange the slices on the Asian sauce and sprinkle thinly with pepper. Place both fried eggs on top of the fruit slices and season with chili flakes and/or herb salt. Garnish the Summer Max as desired and serve.
