Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can pineapple, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tsp, heaped herbs of your choice, chopped (frozen)
  • some curry powder
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta pan with tomatoes and pineapple

Cook the pasta in vegetable broth according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat a little oil in a pan. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and then cut them crosswise again. Briefly fry them with the drained pineapple pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and add them. Then add the herbs. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the cooked pasta and mix well. Serve hot.
