Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta (e.g. farfalle)
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 3 carrots
- ½ cup yogurt
- Salt
- pepper
- Fresh herbs, to taste
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
without mayonnaise
Cook the pasta until al dente and let it cool. Dice the Gouda cheese, bell peppers, and carrots. Mix a dressing from yogurt, salt, pepper, herbs, and lemon juice and drizzle over the salad. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, then serve.
