Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g raspberries
  • 250 g buttermilk
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 2 ice cubes
  • possibly brown cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Wash the raspberries. Combine the buttermilk, orange juice, raspberries, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds. Serve immediately. It has a slightly tart flavor. If you don’t like it, you can add some brown sugar. Garnish with a few raspberries on wooden skewers. All ingredients should be refrigerated beforehand.
