Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ cucumber(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- 7 m.-large radishes
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 1 handful of lettuce of your choice
- some sunflower oil
- some vinegar
- some sugar
- salt and pepper
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Trim the lettuce and rinse it with cold water. Slice the cucumber, radish, and tomato, and cut the bell pepper into small strips. Place the ingredients in a suitable bowl. Pour over the vinegar and oil. Season with sugar, salt, pepper, and herb salt. Toss the lettuce and let it sit for about half an hour. It’s perfect with grilled and roasted dishes.
