Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 small tomatoes
- 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- some oil
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp herbs, dried salad herbs
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 5 tbsp sauce (garlic sauce)
- some chili sauce, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Chop the iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and bell peppers, and slice the cucumber into sticks. Place everything in a bowl. Add the vinegar, oil, spices, and herbs, and let it simmer for about 1 hour. Before serving, stir in the diced feta cheese, garlic sauce, and chili sauce.
