Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g leaf salad, of your choice
- 4 large tomatoes
- 125 g feta cheese, matured in brine
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar, raspberry
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp nuts, as desired
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
The raspberry vinegar does it!
Wash the lettuce thoroughly, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Dice the feta, reserving the brine. Prepare a dressing with olive oil, raspberry vinegar, mustard, basil, honey, spices, and the reserved brine. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
