Summery basil and rocket salad with strawberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 50 g honey, liquid forest honey
  • 8 tbsp olive oil, fruity
  • Salt and pepper, black adM

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, wash, and dry the arugula and basil, then roughly chop any large leaves. Wash the strawberries and halve or quarter them lengthwise. Whisk the balsamic vinegar with honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese. Carefully toss the lettuce and strawberries with the vinaigrette, arrange on large plates, and sprinkle with cheese shavings. Done! Serve with fresh focaccia and a sparkling white wine!
