Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 half onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- oil
- 350 g minced beef
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 2 cans tomatoes, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Chili, optional
- Curry, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Trim and dice the bell pepper and zucchini. Peel and slice the carrot. Heat a little oil in a pan and sear the minced meat. Then add the onions and garlic and sauté. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Then deglaze everything with the tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Finally, season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add curry or chili.
