Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of round puff pastry (refrigerated shelf)
- Butter for the mold
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- nutmeg
- 200 g goat’s cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Butter a tart pan, place the dough in it, and spread the tomatoes on top. Whip the cream slightly with a mixer to make the tart more fluffy. Stir in the eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and a pinch of oregano. Pour this mixture over the tomatoes, cut the goat’s cheese into pieces, and spread it on top. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes, until the filling is set.
