Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 12 ladyfingers
- 6 tsp margarine, 28% fat, melted
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- n. B. Sweetener
- 120 g mandarin orange(s), from the can
- 4 chocolate bars (Milk Slice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Suitable for WW, for 12 pieces of 3 pp each
Crumble the sponge fingers, knead them with the margarine, and press them into a springform pan to form the base. Sweeten the quark with sweetener to taste and stir in the mandarins (reserve a few for garnish). Cut 2 Milchschnitt (milk slices) into small cubes and fold them in. Spread the quark cream over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut the two remaining Milchschnitt (milk slices) into 12 pieces and decorate the cake with them and the mandarins.
