  • 1 tbsp leek or spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp caviar, red or black, coarse-grained

Solöga with caviar

Place a circle of caviar on a plate, surrounded by finely chopped leek (or spring onion). Carefully place a raw egg yolk in the center. This is a Swedish specialty. Be sure to use only extremely fresh eggs.
