Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 400 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar or vanilla sugar
- n. B. Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, combine the flour, milk, salt, and sugar (using a mixer). Then add the eggs and mix well. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Brush the pan with a little oil. Heat until very hot, then spread the batter very thinly with a ladle. Cook the pancakes until all the batter is used up. I brush the pan with a thin layer of oil after each pancake to keep the pancakes from being so greasy. This recipe makes 9-10 pancakes.
